The Human Resources Manager supports the Corporate Service Center as well as Field organization. The Human Resources Manager position is responsible for developing and implementing human resource programs, policies and procedures, and assisting with operational objectives with field leaders to meet company objectives.
Requirements:
- Ability to influence key members of the organization; a team oriented leader and player
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, rapidly changing work environment
- Strong organizational and project-management skills
- Strong listening, written and oral communication skills
- Human Resources experience, preferably within the retail industry
