Service Representative/Supervisor

You will be in the Office 2 Days Out Of The Week. Other days of the week you will be working with Union Members in Your Assigned Territory.
Interviews are held in our Office in CONCORD, CA.
Your responsibilities as a Service Representative/Supervisor are to explain and enroll members into their available supplemental benefits. Not all members understand the benefits that they are entitled to, so your duties are to accurately explain their benefits in full detail and process any necessary paperwork. You will receive 100-150 Union/Association Members to contact on a bi-weekly basis; which are divided by City and Zip Code. You will be working in one city, not multiple. You will also be working with members whom currently have their benefits in place at which you will be doing a Policy Service; basic maintenance of the policy paperwork.
-Upon hire, you will become a Union Member of the:

Requirements
Must be Organized, Coachable, Reliable, Hardworking, Disciplined, Customer Service Oriented and Motivated
Must have good communication skills and professional attitude
Must have Basic computer skills to input member information into the system
Must have reliable transportation to get to the appointments
Must be able to work Mon-Sat
Management
We are currently looking to fill Supervisor Positions
Supervisor training will be provided
You will start as a Supervisor in Training
As a Supervisor you will be responsible for
Managing and Training New Service Representatives
Average Representative 1st Year Income - $48,000 - $56,000
Additional Supervisor Bonus -- For Service Supervisors
Four Compensation Categories
Advance, Guaranteed Advance, Bonus, and Renewals
Additional Supervisor Bonus -- For Service Supervisors
Health Insurance Benefits
After 90 days -- For Service Representative / Supervisor, Spouse and dependentsEstimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
