Branch Manager
Seeking career minded individual who has a passion for helping others develop their true sales potential. This individual should have at least 2 years' experience managing and developing high impact sales teams. Candidate must be entrepreneurially focus with established relationships within their given market.

Loan Officer in Branch or at local MSA
Seeking individuals and teams that focus their time and energy on developing and enhancing partnerships with real estate agents. Must be intelligent, experienced, and motivated to succeed and should have a great winner's attitude. Minimum of 2 years mortgage experience with verifiable track record of success. Motivation to work independently as well as in a team setting. Superior customer service skills are required.

Loan Officer Assistant:
Time management, leadership skills detailed verbal and written communication are required along with a good working knowledge of mortgage guidelines and the willingness to learn. The right person for this opportunity will be a problem solver first, who understands depths of details behind all mortgage transactions (FHA, VA, Conventional and Non-Conforming). The candidate will be responsible for examining documentation for accuracy and completeness. You will be working with the production staff to secure all required documentation for loan submission. NMLS required.

Job Specification
Minimum Education:
High School diploma or equivalent required
College degree preferred
Minimum Knowledge/Ability:
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (particularly Excel & Word)
Ability to prioritize and perform multiple tasks in a very fast paced team environment
Understand the importance of the Team and our Vision
Excellent interpersonal, oral and written communication skills
Must be detail, task and goal oriented
Ability to relate and communicate in a professional, personable manner with all levels of management, internal and external contacts
Excellent work ethic with the ability to work independently with little or no supervision, self-discipline, self-motivation and self-reliance a plus
Minimum of 2 experience
Management experience preferred

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
