Sr. Electronics Assembler / SMT Operator

We have an excellent opportunity for a highly motivated and detail-oriented, experienced Senior Electronics Assembler to advance in the Surface Mount Technology area.

Essential Duties and
Responsibilities:

Setup and run the Assembleon/Phillips pick and place machines, stencil machines and reflow oven,
Troubleshoot and solve problems that arise with the Surface Mount Technology process and equipment,
Load feeders according to setup sheet,
Understand feeder sizes and pitches,
Knowledge of component identification,
Verify components and feeder on job cart,
Restock parts by bin location,
Confirm Traveler and BOM revs match,
Load program on machines(s),
Print out documentation for job, including setup sheets.

Requirements:

4 years experience in an electronic manufacturing environment as an Electronics Assembler or SMT operator,
Desire to learn Surface Mount Technology,
High school graduate,
Soldering skills (IPC level 2) preferred.

Potential applicants must live within commute distance of Concord. No out-of-area applicants will be considered.

Compensation: Dependent on Experience.
