In this role you will be responsible for general office administration duties. You will be expected to maintain a high level of communication and long-term working relationships with customers. Responsibilities:
Duplicating documents in digital and hard format
Perform special projects as needed or assigned
Management of executives email, contacts and calendars
Order office supplies
Expense Reporting
Job Requirements:
General working knowledge of Microsoft Office tools: Excel, Word, Outlook and Internet Explorer
Strong interpersonal and oral communication skills
Crucial to this job, you should show initiative and demonstrate creativity in problem solving
Strong computer knowledge is preferred but not required
