We are seeking a detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team.
The ideal candidate will provide support to ensure efficient operation in our office environment.
Duties:
- Greet and assist visitors at the front desk - Coordinate and support event planning activities - Provide exceptional customer service to clients and guests - Maintain organized filing systems and documentation - Assist with administrative tasks as needed - Handle phones - Support Adminstrative and management when necessary - Utilize QuickBooks for basic tasks - Type correspondence and reports accurately - Offer customer support through various communication channels
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in administrative roles is preferred - Strong organizational skills with attention to detail - Familiarity with receptionist duties and ability to dispatch calls is a plus - Proficiency in QuickBooks, Excel or similar accounting software is advantageous - Excellent typing skills and data entry accuracy - Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively - Exceptional customer service and communication skills This position offers a great opportunity to contribute to a dynamic office environment.
