Summary:
Dexian is seeking a Senior Project Manager for an opportunity with a client located in Concord, CA.
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for crafting, generating, and continuously enhancing a diverse range of precise, timely, and targeted reports and analyses
- Instrumental in guiding pivotal business decisions, working collaboratively with leadership, sponsors, and stakeholders across various products, programs, and projects
- Will play a crucial role in configuring, implementing, and overseeing the new Project Portfolio Management system, Planview, within the client's framework
- Actively contribute to internal initiatives aimed at refining the client's project/product delivery procedures and enhancing capital budgeting, forecasting, and reporting processes
- Act as the primary liaison with Finance partners, facilitating discussions on capital budgeting, forecasting, accounting, and reporting activities
- Will serve as the PMO point of contact for both internal and external audits
- Demands a high level of visibility, necessitating a collaborative team player with the ability to lead through influence and cultivate positive working relationships across diverse cross-functional partners and stakeholders at all organizational levels
Requirements:
- 5 Years of experience with project management
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to multitask
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office
- Excellent planning and time management skills
- Excellent leadership abilities
- Wealth management industry experience
- Experience working with projects delivering end to end coverage
