In this position, you will be tasked with:
Expert in troubleshooting, often times taking on the most complex work ordersManage a budget and minimize expenses, doing things in house where feasibleEnsure quality work of self and team in turning an apartment or completing a service requestManage make ready units and communicate with Community Manager on statusFocused on asset preservation, including timely incident reportingLeads a team of two Service TechniciansParticipates in on call rotation with Service Team
Qualifications:
Must haves:
Prior management experiencePrior multi family housing maintenance experience or similarDesire to leadSuperior knowledge of home maintenance including plumbing, electrical, appliance repair, and painting.
On call availabilityPositive attitudeOrganizationSense of urgencySense of humor Great to haves:
General contractor, journeyman, electrician, HVAC, or other skilled tradeKnowledge of property management and maintenance operations software such as YardiMaintenance certification such as EPA or CPO (if you don't have it, we'll help you get it)Renovations or construction experienceCompensation:
The compensation range for this role is $33.
00 - $39.
00 / hour plus quarterly bonuses.
