This position provides customer support for access control, video, building management, and intrusion systems.
Responsibilities include (but are not limited to) the following:
Troubleshoot hardware and software problems utilizing documentation, online assistance and other staff members when necessary.
Maintain and update records and tracking databases.
Provide support, training and customer development as required by the customer and/or sales representative.
Field services and field training on integrated facility management systems.
Maintain knowledge and understanding of security and facility management industry hardware and software.
Support the company's philosophy of customer service and managing total quality.
Provide customer service and technical support as requested from remote desktop for facility integration services software applications.
Various other duties as required or requested by management.

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
