This position provides customer support for access control, video, building management, and intrusion systems.
Responsibilities include (but are not limited to) the following:
Troubleshoot hardware and software problems utilizing documentation, online assistance and other staff members when necessary.
Maintain and update records and tracking databases.
Provide support, training and customer development as required by the customer and/or sales representative.
Field services and field training on integrated facility management systems.
Maintain knowledge and understanding of security and facility management industry hardware and software.
Support the company's philosophy of customer service and managing total quality.
Provide customer service and technical support as requested from remote desktop for facility integration services software applications.
Various other duties as required or requested by management.
Qualifications Strong computer skills MS platform Mechanical and technical aptitude Customer service skills Strong organization skills and attention to detail Excellent written and verbal communication skills Full-time Associates are eligible for health, dental, and vision benefits after 60 days of full-time employment.
