solarXperts is offering the opportunity for the right person to train as a Sales Representative in the quickly growing industry of solar sales, no experience necessary.
We are seeking highly motivated workers who have the drive to learn their role as a Sales Rep inside and out, and help homeowners save money, and the environment, by converting their homes to solar energy.
Your Duties:
Secure Solar System deals with homeowners through in-home presentations
Complete all necessary paperwork and financing documents to close the sale
Generate new leads through canvassing, referrals, and other means of lead generation
Continue to Learn and Advance both your Solar Industry knowledge and Sales Skills
We Offer:
Industry-leading Sales Rep Training and Solar Education “ We will teach you everything you need to know to become successful in solar sales, including sizing, demoing, closing, and generating deals.
High Commission Split “ We retain the best sales reps in the business by offering one of the most generous commission structures in the industry “ up to 80% for qualifying representatives. Top Sales Reps generate 15 or more Sales per Month.

Qualifications:
Full Time Availability
Strong Communication and Critical Thinking skills
High School Diploma (some college preferred)
Valid Driver's License and Reliable Transportation
