The Office Cocktail Lounge looking for Night Time Security Position

NorthStar Hospitality Group NorthStar Hospitality Group Concord, CA Concord, CA Part-time Part-time $18 - $20 an hour $18 - $20 an hour The Office is looking for a security guard to work evenings / nights to secure the location and minimize disturbances during operating hours.
Applicant must have some knowledge, experience as a security guard.
Customer service or customer interaction experience is a plus.
The optimal candidate will be comfortable speaking with customers and interacting in a busy environment with out distraction.
Maintain order, enforce rules and diffuse tensions with de-escalation techniques.
The job will also require light barback duties in support of the staff.
Duties will also include the following:
Secure and protect the property and the customers in order to provide a comfortable experience.
Competent with identifying proper identification and false identification.
Preserve the customers experience by working in the background.
Identify and dissolve tensions with patrons to avoid escalation.
Monitor the facilities in order to report any changes or problems observed.
Create reports concerning activities and incidents occurring on property.
Tend to minor facilities maintenance issues.
Support bar staff when needed.
Collecting Glasses, Clean up, limited janitorial work, bar duties.
Prevents losses and damage by reporting irregularities, informing violators of policy and procedures.
This includes enforcing bar rules.
